    A-level courses are the ‘Gold Standard’ qualification for top universities in the UK, and the rest of the world.

    The very best universities, including Oxford and Cambridge and most medical schools, only accept students with outstanding A-level grades.

    This course is for:
    • Academically strong students who want to progress to the UK’s very best universities, including Oxford and Cambridge.
    • Students wanting to go to Medical School in the UK.

    Highly qualified teachers

    All our teachers are subject specialists.

    Many hold a second degree or equivalent qualification, including PhD.

    Individual approach

    You will have regular personal progress testing and skills analysis.

    Dedicated professional care and support teams are always available for help and advice.

    We use the Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT 4) to assess your abilities, academic potential and learning preferences.

    Very small classes

    There are only 4 to 10 students per class at Kings.

    This means plenty of one-to-one contact with your teacher.

    Course length

    1
    Standard course length is two academic years, starting at Year 12 (Grade/Klasa 11) and finishing at the end of Year 13(Grade/Klasa 12).

    Students joining late in Year 12 (Grade/Klasa 11) will have the possibility to catch up during the summer break, or opt for our Advanced Level Foundation course in the consequent year instead of finishing A-levels.

    In addition to A-leves, all Albanian students will sit Matura Shtetërore exams at the end of Year 13 (Grade/Klasa 12)

    You can also join the programme for just the final A2 year if you have completed the first year of A-levels or equivalent at another school.
